Maddi Fraser

Chief of Staff

Maddi brings a natural ability to connect with people and foster strong, collaborative relationships. She has a talent for creating environments where teams feel supported, communication flows easily, and work gets done efficiently, without losing the human element that makes it all meaningful.

Originally from Northern Minnesota, Maddi grew up on a crop farm, where she developed a strong work ethic and an appreciation for hands-on problem solving. In her teenage years, her family transitioned out of farming, with her father becoming a general contractor and her mother a real estate agent and broker. Through both phases, Maddi was deeply involved in family projects and the business, giving her a lifelong exposure to construction, adaptability, and the value of building something from the ground up. Having since lived on both coasts, she brings a broad perspective shaped by diverse environments and experiences.

She holds an Associate’s degree in Art and continues to stay closely connected to her creative roots. Maddi enjoys exploring different artistic mediums, there are few crafts she hasn’t tried—and she regularly participates in local art shows, often creating pieces from upcycled or thrifted materials.

Outside of work, Maddi loves to travel and explore new places, having visited most of the United States and several countries. She can often be found in or near the water, paddleboarding or kayaking, or spending time in nature whenever she gets the chance.

She is especially close with her family, including her three siblings—her built-in best friends—as well as her parents and soon-to-be in-law, who remain a central part of her life.
