Perched above the rugged coastline of Pebble Beach, this home was designed to celebrate two equally powerful landscapes: expansive ocean views and the quiet beauty of the surrounding forest. Inspired by the form of a butterfly, the architecture unfolds from a central entry, with two distinct wings extending outward—one oriented toward the Pacific and the other embracing the wooded terrain.
The client’s desire to honor both environments shaped every design decision. Through intentional form, spatial flow, and a curated palette of materials and finishes, the architecture and interiors work in harmony to amplify light, views, and a constant connection to nature on both sides of the home.
